Delivery
- All orders will be delivered by a third-party courier service, including last-mile delivery services such as Grab, Lalamove, Maxim, and others.
- We strive to ensure that all items are in the best condition and well-packed upon dispatch. Photos are taken during the processing, packaging, and dispatching of all orders. These photos will be sent to our customers via email or messenger immediately upon dispatch.
Payment
- For your first five (5) transactions, we require prepayment before processing orders. This policy helps prevent bogus buyers and fraudulent transactions.
